With David's practical construction, real world building experience and his professional design skills, he will help you with visualising your new space. Because he has built houses and has a great eye for design, you can be guaranteed you will receive creative but workable presentations and ideas.

David is not an architect or structural engineer, he is providing an artistic, 3D CAD presentation service which enables you to see your ideas before they are built. Perhaps you need a few different designs and configurations so you can compare how each of them looks. The freedom to see your designs in 3D images first can take away the unease of wondering how your project will look whilst it is getting built. 

Professionally presented 2D architectural and structural engineering drawings are ultimately essential for the building process but don't provide an initial artistic representation of how your ideas will actually look. Get the space looking how you want it, and then do the technical drawings. It's much cheaper than knocking down walls or building up 2 stories and finding out it's not what you thought it would look like.

Once you like your new design, David can provide you with experienced architectural drafts people to draw up workable building plans. These plans will be drawn to building regulations and to planning requirements where necessary.
