David undertakes all types of interior/ exterior carpentry including stud walling, roofing, repair work and bespoke carpentry projects.
David's joinery is carried out to a meticulous standard and includes fitting staircases/ balustrades, hanging doors and fitting pocket doors, fitting skirtings and architraves, kitchen installation, refurbishment and building and installing fitted furniture.
LOFT HATCHES AND LADDERS
Insulated loft hatch and wooden ladder kits supplied and installed.
Insulated loft hatch only supplied and installed.
Aluminium stowaway loft ladders supplied and installed.
The process includes resizing of joists to the specifications of the kit, fitting the kit to the resized space and sometimes plaster boarding around new opening (if required). Plastering and painting is sometimes required after the installation. Electrical cables sometimes require relocating in the loft space. If so, this can be arranged and carried out by a licensed electrician.
